I want your session to be what you need and want it to be. I want to suspend my expectations and routines in favor of sessions that simply offer you what you need. So share those desires with me. You know you better than I know you meaning that if there is something you feel would be helpful, bring it up! Let’s do what makes the most sense for where you are at.

I have set up Firm Foundation PT with the desire to handle things with the highest level of integrity. I want to offer patients what I believe is the best care for them, not motivated by anything other than believing that each person is worthy of the best care and acting accordingly. In doing so, I hope to be able to confidently offer advice and expertise honestly, even if it requires more of the patient.

When you choose to come to Firm Foundation PT, you are trusting me with your care and your questions. I don’t take that lightly. I will do everything in my power to create a safe and non-judgmental space for anyone to seek help when they need it.

This is a sensitive topic right? But one that we often have so many things we wonder about. This is a safe place to bring those questions. Nothing is “too much information” or “weird” to bring up. This is your chance to ask someone those questions you have and get real information and ideas on how to improve your situation. So please feel comfortable sharing information and asking questions-that’s what I’m here for!
